The exterior of the building consists of white concrete panels with a sand-blasted exposed aggregate finish and a solar silverbronze finished system of glass.

HVAC
HVAC is comprised of two new 300-ton Carrier centrifugal chillers and two Baltimore Air Coil cooling towers, and central air handlers with chilled water coils on each floor.

One Live Oak is serviced by four Westinghouse passenger elevators and one service elevator. Two Westinghouse elevators service the parking facility.
